Routine inspection visits & feedback
For your piece of mind, regular visits will be made to your property to secure it. If properties are left empty in the winter many problems such as dampness or leakages can get out of control. The property will be aired, toilets flushed, taps run, etc and we will check if everything is in proper condition. We will also pay attention to issues that may need sorting out and provide feedback. The standard frequency for these visits is twice a month but these can be changed according to the client’s needs.
Keyholding
We will be responsible for holding the keys of your property. To make them available for authorized persons only. We will manage the key safe and be responsible for handing out the keys to all your guests or tenants.
Mail collection
Your post box will be monitored and mail will be forwarded and followed up as necessary.
This is to prevent your letterbox from becoming full and preventing possible burglary.
Reporting defects & small repairs
We will inspect your property at all times and report any defects or damages to the owner. When possible, we will repair all kinds of malfunctions related to electricals, plumbing and others. For those cases where we can’t fix it ourselves we’ll contact 3rd parties and after approval of their quotation, we will always supervision this repairs at all times.
