Support rental license (Alojamento local)
If you want to rent out your property, you must have a mandatory rental permit in Portugal, a so-called “Alojamento Local”. To obtain this permit, a number of things need to be arranged.
To obtain your permit, a number of safety and mandatory matters are required by law, such as the presence of fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, a complaints registration book and an information guide in four different languages.

Administration of requests, bookings and arrivals
On a daily base we will check all incoming requests and answer all questions of future guests and answer them in a correct and fast manner. We will administrate all bookings , payments and security deposits. With your tenants we will plan check-in and check-outs and provide support on directions and possible transfers or car hire.
Meet & greet guests
We will always personally welcome your guests to the property, show them around and brief them the workings of the all equipment, security aspects and local amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants, garbage disposal location and others. We will answer all questions and let your guests know that we have a 24 x 7 Helpline for support or questions.

Hygiene and a spotless home is extremely important when it comes to renting out. We at Westmark work in accordance with all guidelines of the safe and clean protocol. After every check-out will we make your house ready for you or the next guests. We provide it completely with freshly made beds and plenty of clean towels. A professional laundry service will take care of your linen and towels.
